I am here to help you connect deeply with your body, build lasting resilience, and embody strength from the inside out. Every element of you matters — your core, your mindset, your movement, and the way you live your life beyond the session.

My approach is holistic and grounded: strengthening your body, supporting your mental clarity, and creating progress that feels sustainable and uniquely your own. This is training that adapts to you, honors your pace, and helps you grow with intention.

Meet Rose, The Founder

Hi, I’m Rose, founder and lead trainer at Rose Element.

My path into fitness began with a simple commitment: show up, lift, and see what happens. What started as a habit in my twenties quickly became a source of clarity, discipline, and steady strength. Training taught me how to navigate change, listen to my body, and rely on myself in a deeper way. That experience shaped the foundation of Rose Element.

I’m also a mom of two little ones. Like so many of you, I went through the full spectrum of pregnancy and postpartum ups and downs (including a significant case of diastasis recti after two back-to-back pregnancies). Those seasons challenged me, humbled me, and reshaped my understanding of what strength really means. Fitness became central to my recovery, not because I rushed it, but because I learned how to move with intention, rebuild from the inside out, and truly appreciate my body’s resilience. That experience fundamentally evolved the way I look at training.

I built this space to share what I learned: that strength is not loud, and training is not a chase for quick results. It’s a long-term practice of moving with purpose and building sustainable strength;  the kind that nurtures confidence from the inside out.

In our sessions, my role is to guide you with structure, clarity, and steady support. You’ll learn how to move well, challenge yourself safely, and build strength that aligns with your life.  

My commitment is simple: to help you pursue the version of yourself who feels anchored, confident, and capable in both body and mind.
